May Days!

Well, it has been a crazy few weeks! It feels more like May Daze than May days!
The first week in May I went with my Mom & sister to Utah to BYU's Women's Conference and to visit with family who I haven't seen in YEARS! It had been way too long and was so fun to see everyone! I met new husbands and new babies and it was wonderful. Women's conference was great too. While I was gone was our Neighborhood Open House and a Realtor's Caravan. Only there was a typo on the caravan list so we had to re-do it this last Thursday! Spencer was such a good sport and the kids had a great time with Daddy.
He left town the Monday after I got back and is currently downstairs practicing Russian language CDs while doing dishes to get ready for his next "Round-the-World" trip in June.
Jen came over Thursday night after soccer (which was so fun by-the-way) and we finalized paint colors for the new house. We are using 9 different colors--it is going to be so fun!
I had a wonderful time last Friday at a "Mommy Celebration" in Daniel's class. It was so cute! And yesterday we celebrated Mother's Day with my Mom because she is heading to New York today and two families came through our house...one of whose realtor called back to say they were interested so that would be awesome! AND.........Drumroll please...............we got our house keys!!!
So last night we heated up the spa and christened the pool! It was so fun. The kids were loving the water slide and waterfalls. It is going to be such a fun summer. My parents stopped by and my Mom took some pictures which I'll have to post. We are all so excited! We aren't exactly sure when we are moving in because Spencer & I have a trip planned for this week. World's worst timing! But soon. Either this week or next.
Tonight Spencer's family is all coming over for a birthday dinner because the birthday boy wasn't available earlier this week. It will be fun to see everyone.
