On Sunday the small piece between her thumb and pointer finger broke off so we called on Monday and they told us to come on in. Over the phone they said they didn't know if the Dr. would just have the tech repair it or have it removed for x-rays. We were so happy when they took it off. Then the suspense really set in...would the x-rays show the bones were healed enough so the cast could stay off? The Dr. gave Rachel the great news and when she left Rachel said, "I don't know why I'm getting tears." I told her that those were what were called "tears of JOY!" She has been a trooper. We are proud of her.
Now she could finally go SWIMMING! Yippee!!!

Poor Sadie! What happened? A leg cast would be awful.
It was so great to see your parents at Peter's wedding. We missed you but Congratulations on your new little bean!
